Never seems to happen down our way much. Not sure on how to orginise this sort of thing so any input from those who have before would help. Since passing my cs38 back in May I've not had chance to climb with anyone else,be nice to catch up with a few climbers to swap ideas, see some different techniques etc.Can prob sort a venue in mid Devon area depending on numbers or can meet others at a location to suit. Anyone???

I may be trying to sort one out up in north Devon, some very Interesting and big climbs at a local stately home.

Have they got any massive dead redwoods up there stu? I hear there nice to climb. Thanks for you help last week mate.

I'll mention the climb to out newest lad, he often takes a rope and harness home on weekends

A couple members have PM'd me interested in doing a climb, feel free to use this thread to share any info, depends how many people you want to turn up?Weekends seem to be the easiest choice for dates, I'd be happy to travel to north Devon if it suits and I'll still look into organising a climb in mid Devon as well if anyone is interested.

Nope, no massive ivy clad dead redwoods thankfully! Mind you, I've never seen chopper run so quick when a big lump of dead came out and he thought it was me coming hurtling from above. Myself and Dave really enjoyed that job as a whole though, just not that redwood!
