Touched a nerve have i? maybe people have issues in earlier life that this sort of bling makes them feel better about? on company vehicles they are a cheap advert. I guess they are cheaper than therapy or cosmetic surgery for a small penis!:001_smile:

 

Thats why I bought BI6 GEN by the time they find out I have had my fun :lol: also looks good on an old, late model service van

There is no mention of these plates been purchased in a time of hardship.

Some may be finding it hard just now, others may not.

No need for resentment towards the latter imo.

we have L1 log on our 7.5 ton tipper people notice and comment its good fun didnt cost a lot and we have had it over 10 years so it maybe worth more than what we paid . so if it helps you stand out and its arb related good luck to you .

I have a private plate on my pick up I think it helps hide the age of the motor as some people can get the wrong idea if you rock up in a brand new truck and think your making to much money. Guess it works the other way to if you turn up in a tatty beaten up rust bucket
