Hi rob thanks for the call earlier lets see it this works......

Here is the pictures of the leafs I was talking about as I was saying its a young fruit the customer had planted by seed 5 years ago but could not remember what it was. Apparently this happens to us all when we get old...lol. But I'm stumped to what it is. Did not have the camera for the tree it's self so grabbed a leaf. Make it a bit harder I know but I'm sure you'll manage...

I could of put something of Alex's on there to compare the size but I'm sure the £20 note is more than sufficient ....

No mate defiantly not sweet chestnut....I'm not that crap at indents .... it's only a small tree and very much like prunus bark. My first guess was avocardo but there more smoothed leafed ....

Also the young growth was almost like stag horn very furry .....
