Recommended Posts

Going to talk with him over the weekend . Intending to carry out stump removal and explain that the other trees where over and above what we originally quoted and so will naturally incur extra charges . Then invoice him accordingly .

 

So wish we had talked this over before :blushing:

try not to make the same mistake twice.

 

Don't fall into the 'i want the job, i want the job' trap, by nodding to everything.

 

when you first agreed the job, be totally specific to trees you are working on, and point at the trees you are not doing work on, make sure you both understand each other, if not and your customer is being vague, write it down and both sign it - before work starts!
