Cut the sides off, attach 2 lengths of rope (each about 3ft long), and they make a fantastic trug, really good for carrying about tools, screws, straps, logs, kindling, rubble etc etc

Can they not be recycled? I flush my old oil cans, and antifreeze & screenwash containers, and bag them up with my weekly recycling.... not had a letter off the council yet... maybe it's just a matter of time!
