Anyone had any of these? Seen them on EBay while looking for a replacement for my drivers door.

 

HI PETE £500 a pair mate im just getting up off the ground :lol:but then new doors are that and still rust :thumbdown:jon :thumbup:

Yeah John they ain't cheap but I figure once uv got em no need worry about rust..just the rest of it to worry about!:lol:

seen an advert recently for doors with galvi frames thought about time!

 

About time they started galvanising them again. They stopped galvanising the frames in 1958 IIRC

 

Mine is 1955, lives outside and it's still got its original doors.

Hmm spoke to the guy who makes them and he only sells pairs! My passenger door is fine so why should I buy a pair!:sneaky2:

Google YRM metals and they sell the channel in strips so you an replace it yourself. Not done it myself but doesn't look too bad a job to do.
