Hi tony,

the position involves visiting sites that have been identified as a risk to the overhead line system in a recent resilience survey, reassessing the site, obtain permission for a removal where possible, if not suggesting alternatives to remove the hazard, arranging access etc details. There's quite a lot of paperwork and travel, and doesn't suit everyone. However it is regularly consistent work, the pay is OK and you are your own boss, operating almost completely independently, so it just depends what your looking for
