I'm not the most ordered of people but when it comes to my climbing kit i am regimental...these lids aren't cheap and with a long shelf life it pays to keep them safe and as I have an important day on monday I want to show I take pride in my job so the PPE and protos got a wash...everything un clips so easy. Drys quick too.

I woke up this one morning with one thought.My life has come full Circle,London is far behind me and I have my identity back and today is the beginning of the rest of my life!

I am far from OCD. Very happy to live in mess and squaller.However I am VERY ritualistic.i allow myself one coffee per day now.i used to down it it a oner but now like to enjoy it.took me an hour to drink it this morning.the finnishing sip was cold...but very strong.my ritual started like this......
