Last night when I got home I opened the front door and was met with the most wonderful and familiar aroma....My mother was baking for xmas. The smell was sweet, and buttery.Biggest test of will power yet.there were about 30 mince pies fresh out of the oven.i'm seeing too many benefits to give in to temptation but it was the biggest test yet! But after my third week I am still pie, pastry and beer free.

HI PAUL they look great well done there mate jon

Hi, just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed reading your posts, found them by accident then read through them all over last few late nights! Refreshing good positive view on life in spite of the bad stuff. Even so I couldn't have resisted those mince pies.
