In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

A great day for pruning and my first chance to try the Stihl.my friend used his trusty silky.This thing is almost as light as one! Well,almost.

Wanted to put it to the test on a small dismantle to see how it would cope with size and how long the battery would last...

One light reduction and one small dismantle right down to the stem left me with half charge left.

How do you find using the heavier battery ? I use the Ap 180 in mine which is noticeably heavier then the 115 .

Also been having oiling issues too,apart from oil issue over 12 months use now and swear by it .

I'm just happy to be using a climbing saw that is lighter than my 200T or T540. The balance is great and feels like there are no vibrations whatsoever.

I used the electric Husqvarna on a few occasions but prefer this one...feels better. I compare the 150T to a Silky with an engine...but this ultra light pruner is like a Nakanoto with a plug! Well,the charger has a plug...

The noisiest thing today was of course the chipper....no need for ear defenders using the saw.So they stayed tucked up.
