Hey Tim. Tell us more about the Tube situation. Pretty much everyone uses copyright music. Why were you singled out?

It wont have been Tim being singled out, it will have been his music choice being singled out by the record company owners. I think there is a big crack down at the moment because, if you go on DVDVIDEOSOFT.COM, you can download a Youtube 2 Ipod converter which rips the music off of videos on youtube and lets you save them as mp3 files in itunes. Cool Huh? But technically illegal, so I never told you that mmmkay.

This could explain my 16500+ tracks on iTunes

I think he means the gob was too big.

I think he means that the "hinge" held for to long.

I find its better to have a"shallower" gob that forces the hinge to snap and a SWB says chase the hinge with the saw as it reaches the point you want.

Agree with everyone, would normally chase a hinge through on a top like that, you can judge when to severe the hinge as the top goes over, nearly always lands flat. In the vid the hinge was left thick so I could get the camera out my pocket to video the top going over.

The face cut was a regular 45 degrees notch, but the hinge held too long and gravity took over sending the tip down first. Back cut was a bit high but was still a good 2 inch thick.
