Spent £35 this morning on these , the strimmer is for my ex so she stops borrowing mine ! Took it down the allotment and fitted some heavy duty cord to bash the hedge row and borders back and worked a treat ..

My favourite is the elwell axe though, could do with a new shaft but the head has not been used as a sledge hammer or re sharpened so pretty mint considering age and even looks like original shaft ...still looking for a no7 !

a friend picked up a 08s for 15quid as a non runner.

 

cleaned the carb for him today and its runs sweet. just a clutch issue to sort, in that it stalls with brake applied.
