Found a link to this today, I've not yet had a proper study but it looks like a really useful manual.

I know jack about carbs so this will be a great resource to me and others I suspect.

Forgot to mention earlier - check your spacer gasket on the Diaphragm side is between the carb body and the diaphragm - many people get this wrong and it means the carb isn't primed with enough fuel to run properly!

Cheers Steve, yes all in the right place. I'll have a read up and then have another crack at it. After all this I may still end up posting the damn thing down to you:lol: TBH I wish I had mate, I could at least be using it now!
