I've just got myself a Kask - nice comfy helmet. I have a very large head (60cm) I can only just get the chin straps under my ears - there's no way to adjust that part that I can see. Also the clear visor/smoke/mirror is similarly NOT adjustable like the mesh visor is. It virtually rests on my eyeballs!

I also have the Petzl Vertex non-Vent with the Sordin - SNR 31 dB muffs. These too caused me issues - the muffs wouldn't stay clamped to my massive head until I'd filed off the two little pegs on the back of the helmet mounts.

I have had my Vertex Vent for about 8 months and yesterday the adjusting wheel on the back broke off! I know 3 others this as happened to now. I know the newer ones have changed the design with the adjusters on the sides, but this is pretty poor for an £80 quid helmet. How many off you have had the same happen? Do you think its worth mentioning to the supplier to see if they will do anything? Its not like I have even turned the adjuster much.

Ive got my supplier to send three of these helmets back to Petzl now,(all three fairly newish, all same problem, wheel broken off) so see what they come up with.
