The seller is mattplace

Log Splitter – bought off ebay from “harrows R us”. It can be used on the back of a tractor using the tractor hydraulics and CAT1 3pt link, or, it can be powered from a hydraulic powerpack. It is sold as ’10 ton” but this depends on your tractor hydraulics. I had extended hoses made up so when its coupled up to the powerpack, it must be atleast 15ft away. i have also made a stand to sit the log splitter in so its at waist height *when being used (forgot to take pics of it though!)

I have used it for the past 2 years with no problems. It is fast and only VERY knotty wood will stop it!

JCB Beaver Powerpack – I have owned this for 2 years also and it has been a great combination with the log splitter. It has a twin speed pump which kicks into high pressure and less flow when it needs more power. It has a Honda engine and start everytime first pull. You can run it all day on 5 litres of petrol.

Here is a link for a youtube video i made a while back:*[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_h-9jhjbbY]Log Splitter running off hydraulic powerpack - YouTube[/ame]

I will sell the items separately *for £350 each, or £650 if both are bought together.
