Lol sorry no offence intended just having a bad day lol.....my Discovery has an ignition fault which means i have to hire a car to pick my kids up on Boxing day... more expense

Alex has wanted to get it sorted for a long time, but he has always got 101 things that need his attention.

 

He has got a good team in the work shop now and I think this has allowed him a bit more time to sort things like this.

I agree, it been frustrating because when you go into ACP's top office and see the hundreds if not thousands of pics on the pc of machines the've built for our industry it makes you mind start racing about what the possiblilites are.

The new site lets you know a little bit more about what they're capable of doing but it still only scratches the surface.

Nice site arc, you have some nice gear there.Did you do some work a while back at Middleton Lodge near Scotch corner? A guy who i get my saws from goes sailing with the owner's Dad, a fearless bloke by all accounts, he had to be rescued by a crab boat in monster seas in the Bering sea.

Thanks mate, a lot of the larger gear is hired in as and when from some very good subbies.

We did do the job at Middleton Lodge mate, would that be James Allison or his dad, quarry owners.

We dismantled some large beech trees around the grounds, it was a nice job in a nice place for nice people. James is a really nice bloke and very down to earth.

Isn't that place rented out for period drama's and the like, I seem to remember when I priced it there were lots of people in 18th century costume wandering around the grounds.

Thats the place' we went clay shooting there a while back,i think he hires it out for weekends,he was sounding out woodchip last year not sure if it was for a boiler or just bedding for stock.
