probably over rated, and given the shear number of bugs that lay eggs in this annual I would avoid eating for that alone, Im serious they heave with beetle larvae!

Something like 30 dependent beetle species I think I read somewhere. Plus other less specialists I would guess, all extra protein! :beer:
