Hi guys. Been watching some interesting videos in youtube with guys using SRT. Have never climbed using SRT and dont have any ascenders. Is anyone in the Essex area and uses SRT fancy hooking up for a recce climb and demonstrating the wonders of SRT? I fancy having a go but dont fancy wasting £100 on ascenders??

Shout you a couple of beers after the climb!

Cheers guys have a good week!

Hi Albere thanks for the reply. Im in chelmsford. Dont really knoow much about the SRT method just looks like something i fancy having a go at. Any excuse for a laugh an a climb. Be interesting to see some different techniques as its the arb show in a couple of weeks and will give me some ideas on stuff to look out for.

Come along to the cirencester show, I'm demoing srt with the rope wrench and art gear. Between the lads there we should be able to point you in the right direction.

Oh and the rw feedback thread is an epic read that'll set you in good stead for making the transition
