July 07 floods...

just digging through my million and one photobucket albums and thought I'd out up a slideshow of some of my flood pics...

Yep, lower case works fine. I remember that weekend very well. Thank-god I had my discovery! It took over a day to make it into Pershore as we were cut off here in Defford.

 

Here are two pics of the bridge at Defford. I drove through it on the Friday night and remember seeing the Volvo, I also remember feeling the Discovery moving sideways due to the strong sideways current...only just made it!
