Best way to keep cool, seriously, I've found is to wear proper moisture wicking T-shirts, eg the Under Armour ones. None of that cotton rubbish - it all holds sweat too much.

I have an Underarmour vest and it was a blessing this morning..

Wicking T's are good, loads of water (more than you need), take your keks off at breaks and turn them inside out in the shade.

 

A's or C's? They're ballistics, they're all hot!

 

Don't forget the SPF.

 

Despite all the hype about what a dangerous job we do, skin cancer will kill more of us than falls or chainsaws over the years.

 

I'm not complaining, I love hot sunny weather.

 

Drinking far too many cold beers and ciders after work, mind, but nobody's perfect....
