How far have you ran/cycled/swam today?

4 Mile run.

That should be an easy day......but it isn't just yet! Slowly slowly......

I cycled round the hills. 11.8miles 189m climb in 56 minutes.

3hours 55, but I seemed to spend most of my time waiting for my mate to catch up, in a twisted sort of way I loved the climb up to the obelisk :-)

Have never seen the course so boggy.

 

Have double booked on the weekend of the oblivion. Doing a sponsored cycle to forest of dean then (53 miles) then supposed to get a lift to eastnor for the 5pm start then back to forest of dean and 53miles back in the morning!

 

I have so much training to do.

I'm doing man vs mountain in September.

Then a fortnight later born survivor in the lake district.
