Getting seriously let down by my usual supplier (no names) :thumbdown:

I know who you're talking about and agree. Sent me the wrong part, pretended he'd asked the Stihl guy and it was MY mistake, and now pretends that he never claimed to have checked with the Stihl guy. Very poor.

 

Have had luck with LSEngineers (co.uk).

 

Also the chap from David Whitson has been most helpful, although I've had no luck registering on the site, thus haven't been able to buy anything!

 

I can't see where FR Jones offers postal parts? Do you need to ring them? Is there no online option?

I've used stanton hope in Essex for spare parts for nearly 14 years now, very helpful and get bits out super quick, 01268 419141

I use 'mister solutions' all parts listed for models going a fair way back, normally take a week for rare parts, due to being obtained direct from Stihl.
