Hi.

would anyone be interested in a days chainsaw milling near ambleside.

It's an oak log about 16 to 20 foot long, max 4 foot diameter, clean straight log with no branches. It is clear all around the log. The customer wants it cut into beams and 2 inch boards out the middle. thanks if you can help.

I have sold my mill but I know a guy who has one. Pm me your number and I will pass on the details. He is in stavely.

Blocking a view of the lake/ fells etc is the usual one. Nice log though. If hodges mate doesn't come through I've a back up option based in Windermere.
