A shotgun ticket is not like a firearm ticket in that you have to prove why you want one. They have to prove why you can't have one. You do not need land or shooting permission or a suitable quarry.

He will look for security but will not ask you shotgun safety, that's not his job.he may offer advice on security.

It really is no big deal, common sense should prevail.

You should also look at getting some insurance cover from the likes of basc ect. I'd mention that to him to show your a wanting to be a responsible shooter. Above all just be yourself and don't worry about it

its 50 feet from the middle of the hiway/road you may get asked if you have had any experiance shooting a shotgun and remember you can only lgaly shoot at a clay pigeon ground or shooting with a landowenr who is a sgc holder mite get asked maximum killing range around 70-75 yards gun safty like how would you walk with a gun and like never point a gun un a unsafe direction or at a person even if its unloaded you dont have to have a cabinet fitted as you can sign a form saying that you will fit a cabinet befor buying a gun or at the same time as buying a gun any info you would like to know just ask

no need to worry and you dont need to know technical stuff, though it wont harm. enjoy.:thumbup1:

Oh I know. But it won't give the right impression I don't think. Should be taking notes really, my renewal is up in June :001_rolleyes:

Mines up soon but don't think I will be renewing it. Don't seem to find the time anymore.

Yeah I've got a few months to make my mind up about it yet. I like the idea of just having a shotgun ( waiting for the comebacks)

But I've got a rule that if I don't use something for more than 3 months it get binned or sold.
