Stihl spare parts online?

Can anybody tell me where I can get Stihl parts (028) online?

 

The one I've been using (no name and shame here, correct?) fouled-up, and I can't find any others that will sell me stuff, given Stihl's strange rules regarding who can and can't buy their stuff.

 

All I want is an impulse line for an 028! (part 1115 141 8600)

 

Any ideas?

That is the place I've been using, but not with great success recently.

Googling the part number throws up a few results..

No, it really doesn't.

 

It shows the place I used (with no success), a place that won't sell (unless you collect), out of date Ebay listings and then a whole load of US (in both senses) results...

Does it have to be by post? There are a few Stihl dealers listed for chainsaws in and around Lincoln who should be able to get it in if it's still an available part and you have the number. Maybe ring up to order and then go in to collect?:
