What I love about arbtalk is that there's not a flashy sports car in sight in the 'awesome/coolest vehicles' thread.... And that fellow arbs prefer to ogle landys, mogs and tractors. Great minds think alike!!

Top of my head jon I think it was around 3-4 seconds, nothing came near it, there was a programme dedicated to it a few years ago, and an old salesman was on it saying "I used to put a fiver on the dash when I took a potential customer for a test drive and gave them 5 seconds to grab it as I put my foot down, nobody ever grabbed the fiver"

I,m not a gangster or an extra on the Sweeney but I had a mk2 ,3.8s. beauty:thumbup1:

I really miss my Zephyr 6. Best( ie most fun) car I ever owned.
