I have heard the sandvic are very good but are quite expensive. Im very happy with the multi tip system I got. The teeth seem to last alot longer than finger teeth, they are easy to sharpen too. I carry a couple of spare sets so if it's a bit tough and the go dull I can just change them in about 5 mins.:)

I think you'll find the teeth should be staged and not protrude the same distance

The teeth are in a staggered formation and the furthest tips of each individual cutter is exactly the same distance from the pocket as all the other cutters :confused1: thats the way ive sharpened them for 7 years !...not had any complaints yet

Yeah your cool then :thumbup1:

Some of the new finger teeth dont have the pin in the back and a mate of mine ran a machine for 4 years setting the teeth off the cutter wheel and not the pockets, and its the pockets that are off set

Carry on the good work
