Yeah I think they are a big craze since the pixar/disney movie tangled came out. floating lanterns are realy cool but I think traditionaly they were tethered to the ground. geuss we know why.

sounds a fine idea. these things drive me insane!! you get fined for dropping litter but you can send up a huge piece of junk to come down anywhere and its ok because its so "magical":thumbdown:
