Whilst looking at some ex army trucks in a yard today, came across this dinky little Unimog fitted with a snow blower. Looks like it would hail from the 1960s but I wouldnt be surprised if it was going to be scrapped soon.

thats a 411 i have an ex snow blower one (1968). that one looks like a smidt version prob got an OM352 engine in the back which is fitted to other mogs

is it for sale then i wouldnt mind another for spares heres a before and after of mine

I think there was a 6 cylinder engine in the back but it looked like the head was off.

 

It is at a company called Comvex based in Sunderland. The guy who showed us around was called Jordan Ord and his number is 0191 5160316 or 07866933541. I am sure he would be open to offers. Let me know how you get on:thumbup:

At the moment there is an ex council 406 complete with a schmidt snow blower on that auction site as a classified ad. Item no 121057735313, 35 years old and 10000 kms!

you can get most gen parts from any mog dealer theres also these
