It was a nice day today so i thought i'd take some pictures.

1+2 are the same tree, probably around 80ft and 12ft dbh

3 Some holly growing in a pocket about 20ft up

4 Bury St Edmunds in the background, the cathedral and sugar beet factory

5 A friend's balloon

6 and an old, battered oak

Those Cedars are trees that need to be climbed. :thumbup:

 

Already planned that:biggrin: I might do a bit of a guerrilla climb next weekend.

Ah good, you've been already. :thumbup1:

 

 

I'll take my slr up the tree's when i do go (i have insurance! :laugh1:)

 

 

You'll get some corking images from up there, look forward to seeing them at some point.

In the 9 weeks I was in the hospital, I looked out of the windows at those trees, among others, planning imaginary fells, take downs and other surgery techniques, to keep the mind active :biggrin: oh it didn't work :lol:
