groudie turns up with the hangover from hell, stinking of booze with a massive chip on his shoulder.then on the way homethe exhaust fell off the van.hopefully tomorrow will go a little better thats if i can find a garage to sort the van out quick sharp

its a shame really because ussually hes spot on,id rather hed called in sick, than come in and been useless

my groundys been off all week due to fu

(kin himself up playing rugby (ligaments ect)and is gona be pretty much the same for another 3 months ..........but hes only got another week off and to be honest i feel like saying good bye now,but hes to efficent when not mangled up

Surprised anyone allows someone to turn up for work suffering hangovers etc, surely they're best sent home for their own safety. And dont forget if they are driving your vehicles, they are probably still over the limit!!

to be honest i felt like telling him to piss off home, but it was probbaly the best thing for him to feel awfull whilst dragging brash all day, because he will remember how rubbish he felt and hopefully think twice about doing it again

And if anything serious went wrong, you, the employer, might find yourself liable. I never had to do it, luckily, but my policy was send them home with a warning on health and safety grounds..same if they came in reeking of cannabis.
