Ash take down using my rope wrench. Ive been using the wrench for a month, but this is the 1st rigging job using it. Its also the first time I have tried to edit using my gopro. Not my favourite video but please feel free to comment anyway.

Its shot in HD. Not sure how to enable it to play on phones either.

Nice! :001_smile:

2 things:

1. Disappointed it didn't break into 'I'll take your brain to another dimension. STOP! Pay close attention'.

and 2, I thought you were going to get a butt in your face at about 1 minute, thought the groundie could have let it run quicker...! [Although probably not as close in reality as it looks through a helmet cam]

Good stuff...

Ha! The ash split was accidental but the oak needed to cleave to clear the wires. It was a standard rigging job that I wouldn't have bothered filming other than using the wrench. I love the wrench, not sure how much of that is down to novelty.

The go pro is much better quality but takes.ages to edit. The battery life is terrible too. Good tool though.

Would have loved to have seen it shot by your groundy. Also not sure if I like rigging under your climbing line 2.47, probably looks closer in the video. Small trees so you were probably not overly concerned, just wouldn't fancy it myself.

Your a pair of heathens, the original is still the best.

Scotty, pulling that oak back in saved a lot of work. I often end up with ropes running close by one another

What are you doing with the assender about 1.30 minutes in ?

Is it a re-direct ?

You can redirect easy with this system because its just one line. The ascender gave me.a.3 to 1 advantage and tended my hitch so I could pull myself back easily
