Does anyone know a supplier of a log grab that can be fitted to the back of a JCB? does such a thing exist?

(JCB = Jac Codi Baw - as they say here in Cymru!)

Cheers... from the chilly wild West

How do you mean to the back?

You can put a standard grapple and rotator on an 360 excavator.

I presume he is talking about the backactor of a 3cx, if so I'm sure its quite possible...

its quite simple to put a grab and rotator on the backactor of 180 I have seen a couple of ways of doing it. Of course its more of a faff if you want to use the extradig with the grab on as hoses need routing differently etc.

I have a brand new one ready to go on my 3 tonne excavator just need the rotator and pipework. Originally bought with a view to using the excavator in the woods but since I bought the forwarder the grab is now redundant.

Useful enough looking, and no hydraulics!
