I was told and my experience backed up that 325 chain will stay sharp longer than the small pico 3/8 chain on the same saw I offered an opinion I was not paid for it. I do not need to justify or prove myself to you.

 

I take it you now admit you were wrong about the saws. :biggrin:

 

If you cant reasonably debate than don't bother. I asked a simple question for you to clarify the point, so I may use your advice to good effect when advising others. Your comment is clearly not written in the way of a personal opinion, and is therefore misleading.

 

Re the weight comparison- my assumption was the OP would be purchasing a new saw and as the MS260 is obsolete I compared the current weights between the MS181 and the MS261, which is of the heavier weight I mentioned. However I do accept the difference between a 181 and earlier 260 are similar.
