Large Horse Chestnut removal part time lapse part live footage

Bit gutted about this one, set camera up for time lapse and due to the cold weather the batteries failed giving me only 120 shots, had a little flip cam on me as well so filmed the felling aided by a tractor to help pull the big ole stem over against it's natural lean, great few days work, felt it towards the end though. Must be getting a little old for it!

 

For some reason youtube blocks the audio on PC but allows it on Iphone etc...strange. Copyright issues, shame tho because I'm pleased with the soundtrack. Any how peeps hope you like.

Thanks. I know they make me look like a squaddy wannabe but it had been raining and these are army surplus goretex and it has to be said they are the best waterproofs I've had. Naturally there are ballistic underneath.

I know. It's a bugger. Looked at it an hour ago on iPhone and iPad and sound was still enabled.

The lid is a petzl vertex (I think) and its just outside of Faversham.
