the wr is basically a yz with retuned motor, quieter exhaust, softer suspension and different gearbox (hence WR standing for wide ratio) good bikes, u almost sit in them rather than on them compared to a european bike

So are they road legal trail bikes or enduro race bikes? Look great.

CR 500! wow. this was the man on the old CR 500. Dave Thorpe. King Dave we would shout as he went past. The world champs were in... memory going . any way UK and he won the championship on home turf, it was quite a day, and what awin, gone down in Motocross history.

thorpey was a little before my time but he will always be a legend. my friends father was a big follower and has a cr500 collection of various models over the years from red rockets to later water cooled models.

motocross aint the same with 4 strokes, kinda like moto gp when they went to the dark side.

whenever im spectating or competing i will always support the 2 strokers!!!

4 stroke was only the Haynes series with rotax engines. very formidable they were too. The thunder they made was amazing. So everyone is riding 4 stroke these days? How do they deal with being upside down? What are the power bands like?
