We use an 8" resin bonded diamond wheel on an 8" bench grinder. Cost about £250 but has done hundreds of teeth of all kinds and shows very little sign of wear. There is dust but it is minimal and with a dust mask on is safe.

Where did you get your diamond wheel and grinder from Mike?

Not too sure. Steve's project. I look at the invoices and let you know. Grider itself is just a Sealey 8". It's the wheel that's special. I know it took him weeks to source.

I use a green wheel and also a 4.5 inch diamond covered wheel on my angle-grinder so I dont have to take the teeth off to be sharpened ..and used with a small generator can quickly sharpen the teeth on site when they get abit dull.
