Pruning saws!!

heyy guys!! im going to buying a new pruning saw soon and have been using a cuttingedge saw but went blunt!! and wasnt sure weather to get the same again or if there was a better saw.... i have heard the silky natanoko is good but wasnt sure what people thought. so any ideas would e helpful!!

Likewise... find the curved blade can be awkward for clearing ivy off larger trunks but otherwise love it....

silky zubat or top gun or ars. are good also.less chance of snapping a curved blade and you get more power imo

i have a gomataro and a natanoko. i use the gomataro for prunning and the natanoko for mewp work, distmantles and ground work.

both good, but wish i had bought the gomataro first because i wouldnt have spent more money on the natanoko if i had

The Silky Saw is my favourite tool..and i have been using a Natanoko since 2000 when i first discovered it...Made of SK4 Carbon Steel and with perfect Balance it is the Ultimate Pruning saw in my opinion..The Japanese know how to make blades for removing Limbs!...Cuts only on the pull sroke it is like a hot knife through butter on Wood or Flesh so Treat it with respect!!

Silky Zubat here - love it. And for cutting ivy off walls and fences and trees the Silky Pocketboy I find is the perfect tool as the blade folds back a notch.
