It means I have big nuts :laugh1: private plates are only enjoyed by people young enough to have a sense of fun and a sense of humour. Paid £300 for it been offered £4,000 on a number of occasions but had it many years and just dont need the money right now.

Of all the things to spend yer cash on, you would waste it on a piece of plastic on the front (and back) of a lump of tin???????????????????????

So I can therefore presume that NOT ONE of you in the future will complain about customers wanting jobs done cheaper, or about the price of stuff USEFUL to you in carrying out your business when you are obviously earning enough (or as a family group) to fork out for status plates on yr vehicles.

chill man!!

i think a few people buy them as gifts and a few get them as genuine assets to their business i.e to stand out from the crowd etc.....both of these reasons i'd suggest aren't a waste of money?!

everyone to their own i say, so i presume you've never ever spent a single pound of your money that hasn't been seen as a waste of time by someone else then?! :001_tt2:

I've pondered plates for a while and can't seem to find anything!

I'd like R12 ARB the 12 looks a bit like an R for my initials and 12 is my birth month.

Cash just seems to elude me!

I dont think any malice was ment we all work hard lets spend it how we like, life is far too short, if i had the spare money maybe id do one after all its better than the tax man having it and before you know it were dead:thumbup:

Correct. No malice was meant or intended. Sorry you read it like that. Someone elses pertinent song lyrics. Especially....."and its not the worst crime i'll agree". Not a crime at all, just something which I see as totally pointless to which comments like...."it sort of looks like... etc" only add credence.

My wife thinks i'm odd too:laugh1:
