1 rope or 2??????

Well as long as there are enough branches it can be moved, if you have to move about the crown a lot you dont have loads of rope to move.

 

If you cut yourself and need to get down ASAP the last thing you want to be doing is moving your rope so that you can reach the deck!!!

Do you blokes have 2 ropes or just make do with one?

 

if so what lengths?? and is it one for big trees(long) and a short one for conifer?

 

i need a new rope and find it a right pain in the bum pulling 35m through when im

 

sitting on a coni stump about to hop to the next.

Look if you read the post they are on about using a 35m rope up a small coni. (thats the way I read it) hence the :sneaky2:

Just to clarify I use the 15mtr rope on small trees I also use the 45mtr rope on big trees.

Yes but you also said you can just move your rope if its too short, this is bad practice IMO.
