i too suffered for years had 5 injections 3 in left two in right i even had a new procedure (i think) in both arms twice which involved putting a long needle in and scrapping the mussle to form scar tissue to try and heal it, that was really painfull. i was then booked in for surgery but been off work for a year due to other reasons and arms got better. just started up on my own a getting back into it so time will tell.

I used a rub called woodlock from the chinese medicine shop along painkillers and it slowly went away.. Took around 3 months though.. Not had much of a problem with it for a while.. People are on about climbing systems but i was on brashing forestry racks! so not all down to climbing

My doctor said i have tennis elbow, i booked myself in with a proper sports physio and he said the problem was with my back. He worked on my shoulders and in between them, this released my tendons down my arms. He then worked on my elbows and gave me warm up excercises etc to do.

It took 3 weeks to sort me out and I have not had a problem with it since!

I have got a great local physio who i used for my back..... Sorted in one session!!!!

Going on a few threads here, perhaps my back could be part of the problem?

Defo going to get some new climbing hardwear anyway, just in terms of effort it would make a huge difference, and if it helps with my elbows too then great.
