I agree, I for one don't want to be knocking on the door of one of my mates wives/girlfriends and trying to explain why there other half is laid up in A&E Or worse cos he never had his PPE on. Could you really live with yoursel if one of your mates had an accident and you could have said or done something to prevent it?

Agree with you all, I have a former girlfriend who is an HSE safety enforcement officer !(you can imagine how much fun she was !!!) Remember, suicide is illegal too, so woe betide anyone who tries that trick ! :scared:

Skyhuck makes a great example here ! Do a friend a favour and your at liberty to perform work in your missus lingerie without fear of the long arm of the law !!! so to speak !

Not doing a favour, you have to be doing it for payment I believe.

Commonly held misconception.

If a contract exists, you are governed by the health and safety at work act. Definination of a contract, your neighbour asks you to cut up his christmas tree with your chainsaw, you say yes. A verbal contract now exists between two parties.

A mog as a getaway vehicle! Brilliant! We'll fill the big trailer with notes, and cover the lot with woodchip, if we get pulled over, they'll be too busy dipping you for red and arguing about whether its a tractor or not to look for the loot!
