That is a seriously tall tree. :thumbup: I noticed that as the top came off there was very little 'twang' - how'd you get the top to come off cleanly like that? Small gob and cutting through the hinge as it goes over?

Wasn't me up there Rob.

 

But,it you make your back cut below your Gob and when the Top is committed,power through the Hinge.There is no chance of the Top taking your Saw and you negate the "Twang" as you put it.

its just cut right Rob,:001_tt2: he drops the saw down just as it starts going over:001_smile:

 

 

Ho Ho! Knew I was doing something wrong by hanging onto that saw cutting thing :001_tongue:
