Nice guys, Both places I want to go...

 

Looking at doing this summer in oz/nz! Might pick your brains at a later date Mr Ape if that's ok?

 

Gibbon what where you doing out in s america, Research work? I'd love to climb some of the emergent trees in a rainforest.

How did that come about gibbon? Sounds amazing! A mate of mine did a bit in borneo researching ant colonies in emergent trees, How do you get that kind of work? Was it with CAL by any chance as they're only people i can seem to find who do canopy access.

Kauri climbing for kicks in Auckland NZ was alot of fun surrounded by some amazing vegetation,once up in the canopy i could of stayed their for weeks,so much going on within one monster canopy.

and working in NZ was pretty much good fun 99% of the time for 7 years but its tough long days out their most of the week but i loved it.
