They did say around 1 a year think there was around 200 to start with.

Still not convinced about them competing with each other, I have seen beech as close to each other before and grow nice and tall. You could be right considering the amount of them.

There is a house at the end, so presumably could have been planted as an avenue

 

The house sits on a bend it's not a road with the house at the end. It is a small country road that runs between 2 other roads.

Must get that down loaded onto the lap top when I get back over to the house. My office PC has no sound card so I don't waste time watching rubbish when I should be working - obviously Arbtalk is essential business activity:lol:

 

How far into the programme is it? I only saw the first bit last ngiht were the we girl was on the boat paddling up to the rope bridge
