Day rate for processing hardwood cord

I'd be intrested to know how much you would charge to process cord, 95% of the cord is 12 inch and under, it's stacked quite high and theres no gear on site so you would supply all the equipment, tractor, processor, fuel etc, theres about 40 tonne of hardwood. Suffolk/Essex border

 

And how much could you process in a day ?

why dont you buy an artic bulker load of split hardwood off me..... and i'm buying one a those bagwiz things that are just out so could bag it all up and deliver on my flat step frame if thats how you sell your logs.. [in bags]

I've got the timber and machinary to do it myself the thing i'm short of is time, i have been asked to price up a big (ish) drainage job (my main business) that needs doing before xmas, so i was just wondering what it would cost to get someone in to process some of my timber.

 

I will keep you in mind for the future though.

 

I'd better get back to pricing this drainage job up and stop getting distracted by arbtalk.
