I've been eating light meals (lightly buttered crackers, plain toast and boiled rice) to keep my metabolism going. I slept well last night with no need to get up during the night. Spent the day green laning with a bacon butty inside and had no problems. Had a doughnut for lunch with a tea with two sugers and almost heaved again. Temperature is back to normal (or near enough). Got a child sized Chicken pie for tea tonight so will see if that stays down.
