I took this pic in a botanical garden a few years ago along with a picture of the label, so I'm sure what it is and it aint any of those suggestions.

I have another of teh same species from another botanical garden in the same area, I'll post it if you're still stuck.

Acer griseum indeed. Lovely tree, infact all of the trifoliate maples are lovely - particularly Acer triflorum (three flowered maple). The autumnul colour is nice, but the bark isn't as rich and exfoliated as paperbark maple.
