I don't suppose anyone could email me a generic risk assesment form as i have lost mine somewhere when i have moved house, and need to complete one for Monday, as i am doing some work on a FC site and need to provide one prior to work

Found this old thread and was hopping someone might be so help full and e-mail a copy of a risk assessment form and has any one done the RA course held by the arb ass ???

if you go on the AA website there is 1 you can download
