Just looked back and its a 116....: so would I take this to destruction or not. Guess if it went too far a cans trip it and sell the parts.

I will have to think about this one as it could be a job while I'm sorting out a motocross engine. Got my eyes on a 350 one I've spoken to the owner and awaiting his reply. The bike it was on was trashed, he not sure of he is keeping it or not.

The 116 isn't a bad saw, be interesting to do that - 60cc saw and not bad TBH.

Even a good one won't be worth much over £120

There are a few trick things that would make for an interesting saw that you may not do as part of a normal mod - be interesting to see what it could do.

Lots of things you may not do on a standard saw that you may need to actually cut a bit of wood with for any length of time - just think of really going mad with compression, transfer shape, port size, muffler and carb mods - ignition to rip your arm off etc

I'm with you spud. Maybe a little bit of popping up.....

Well have a good look at it soon and take it apart to see what I can do to it. Might send you a few pics to see what you think aswell.

All sounds interesting:thumbup: The standard mufflers look like they have a nice big outlet to start with! Be interesting to see what one would do!

Dropped off a petrol pressure washer which we are borrowing off our rights of way colleagues who failed to mention its been sat around for a year with a heavily leaking carb. The O ring for the sediment bowl has gone walkabout and someone helped themselves to the drain plug which isn't very helpful. Funny part was we went there to drop off the pressure washer and the apprentice pretty much bought a VW Beetle which was sat in a quiet corner under a tarp.

Been testing the MS200T ported and muffler modded saw - pretty pokey and cuts well with a 14" bar and would be even faster with a 12" on it.

Will be a good saw with lost of go in it.

You can see that it has had a bit of abuse from the carnage:thumbup:

Been thinking about that dolmar today.

Still in two minds over it as its a sweet running saw already. Button the other hand I would like a fast saw, I'm going to look into it at some point and strip it down see what i can do. Might need advise on changing to port timing. And any carb mods that can be done. The rest is just normal stuff. Might get a rude boy exhaust going aswell.

Ordered the 026 parts today aswell. As soon as they arrive the saw is ready for RTU.
